At Yoginii, we strive to ensure a seamless and satisfactory shopping experience.
Following are the shipping terms:

All orders are dispatched within 48 hours after getting placed. However, please expect slight delays during festival 7 public holidays.

Delivery time will vary as per the location.

Free shipping on all orders.

Order will get delivered within minimum 2 days to maximum 10 days as per delivery location from the date of dispatch.
Please note that returns are not applicable on Discounted/SALE items. We recommend referring to our size guide prior to placing an order to ensure the best fit.
• Exchange or Returns for Non-Food items:

If you need to initiate a return or exchange, please do so within 30 days of receiving your product. You can start this process by reaching out to us at Info@yoginii.co

Please return items in the same condition you received them: unused and with all tags intact. Include the original carton and product box to ensure the return process goes smoothly.

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, which typically takes 4-5 days, refund will be processed, or exchange will be undertaken as appropriate to meet your needs.

In the unfortunate event of incorrectly shipped, damaged or missing items, we will duly provide a refund.
• Exchange or Returns for Food items:

All sales of food products made through Yoginii are final. For reasons of safety, quality control, and hygiene, no exchange or return of food products shall be permitted once sold, save and except as expressly provided herein.

Exceptions:
An exchange shall be permitted only in the following limited circumstances:

Where the food product delivered is open/ damaged upon receipt; or
-
Where the food product delivered is expired at the time of receipt by the customer.

Procedure for Exchange

The customer shall notify the Company of any claim for exchange within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery, failing which the Company shall not entertain any request for exchange.

The customer shall provide satisfactory proof of purchase, together with photographic evidence of the alleged damage or expiry, as a condition precedent to Yoginii’s obligation to consider the exchange request.

Yoginii reserves the right to inspect and verify the claim prior to authorizing any exchange.

Any product approved for exchange must be returned in its original packaging, unopened, and in such condition as received by the customer.

Upon verification and acceptance of the customer’s claim, Yoginii may, at its sole discretion, provide either:
a. A replacement of the product; or
b. Refund equivalent to the value of the product.

Cancellation by Seller
Please note that there may be certain orders that we or the Sellers are unable to accept and, unfortunately, must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, or on behalf the Seller to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you promptly if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back into your card account.
